Week 4 Rankings

I am not going to fool with the formatting anymore. Screenshots work just the same. As for the the rankings, neither of the top 18 teams lost today, so I saw no need to change the rankings of those teams. I did mix it up from ranking #19 on. Penn State, Arizona State, and Boston College fall out of the top 25 this week. They are replaced by Texas Tech, Georgia Tech, and "welcome back to the top 25", California. Interestingly, both of my upset alerts came to fruition this week!
